Organizational Optimization Consulting

About

Equal Access Group was founded at the dawn of South Africa’s democracy in 1993. The company was named after President Mandela’s consistent commitment to transforming apartheid South Africa into society where everyone has equal access to opportunities. Our initial focus was to provide executive search consulting services to companies that sought to qualitatively and quantitatively align their executive demographics with those of the new democratic society. The company has since grown and diversified into other areas of business consulting including organizational development, leadership consulting, and organizational strategy. Since 2020 Equal Access Group integrated its business consulting into one singular focus: Organizational Optimization. Our Organizational Optimization (O2) approach integrates strategy planning and implementation, operations resource efficiency, and organizational transformation.
We uncompromisingly base our core values on the MAAT principles of Truth, Justice, Harmony, Balance, Order, Propriety, and Reciprocity. These unique foundational principles have guided our business over the three decades and remain more relevant today than before. Due to the unique qualities required to live these principles, and the far-reaching multiplier effect of our services, we are called upon by private companies, governments and non-profit organizations to provide exclusive services on a below-the-radar basis. Our approach is to enable individuals and organizations to optimize their transformational leadership, setting them enroute to bring about a positive change in the world.
